May 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31: $ 325 nightly
June 1, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22,27, 28: $390 nightly
June 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26: $380 nightly
June 29, 30, July 1 – 6: $445 nightly
July 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30: $405 nightly

**All rates will have taxes, $250 deposit/security fee and cleaning fees added!
- You provide your own linens and towels, or I can provide contact information for you to rent while you are on the island.
- Cashiers check, Zelle and Paypal (with a 2.9% charge) accepted.
- Please ask for rates for longer term rentals from November 1 to April 30 (one to six month rental)
- If someone books and uses your name as a referral, I will take off $25 for each booked reservation using you as a referral!
